After the end of the class, it is necessary to fill out the “Class Summary” window with the information about what was taught in this class and how the student managed.

After a trial class, you need to write the following information:

1) What materials were used in the lesson

2) Have chosen textbook / material fitted the student

3) What components of the class the student managed best / worst (namely listening, reading, writing (if any), games).

4) What do you recommend to use further (personal recommendations).

5) Were there any technical issues

Example:

The student grasped new material very quickly and remembered new words. She loves drawings and games.

Used Super Minds 2, took the theme my day.

The level has approached, she already reads well and understands new material.

The only difficulty was with the interactive whiteboard, since she used it for the first time. With the rest she copes perfectly.

I advise to use games for involvement, develop oral speech, as she reads and writes well.

After the regular classes, it is needed to indicate which textbook / material was used and which homework was assigned as well as how the student managed the class.

Example:

Super Minds 3 SB p. 30, WB p.30

We discussed different food chains and why we need to eat; reviewed different animals and food.

HW: write a small text about your favourite animal and what it eats.

Student was engaged, worked well.
