What is TPR?
TPR is a method of full physical response, aimed at the perception and memorization of new words, phrases, lexical structures using facial expressions, gestures, actions and games. That is, the student learns the language at the bodily level, and triggers all the senses, reinforcing knowledge with actions. The learning itself becomes an interesting and exciting process.
The method was developed by the American professor James Asher. The theory is based on the peculiarities of the work of both hemispheres of the brain: the left is responsible for mental activity, and the right one is for creativity. It was concluded that during the study of languages, not only the left, but also the right hemisphere should be connected.
In the course of training, role-playing games, dramatization, presentation of objects on slides, cards, command execution, playing fairy tales, stories, songs can be used.

– study of phrases of various use and commands;
– activation of temporary structures;
– removes stiffness, timidity and subconscious fear that interfere with the process of mastering the language.
